From anywhere in Wanaque, point the car south on Ringwood Avenue (CR 511): it runs through Midvale, then Haskell, becomes Union Avenue at the borough line, and delivers you onto Main Street in Bloomingdale where The Magpie Bakery sits in Riverside Square. From Haskell that's under three miles — 6 to 8 minutes; from Midvale it's closer to ten. One road, zero navigation, warm bakery at the end.
